So!!! It's high time to introduce the first song for my 2015 edition of LSSes: En Stjerne Skinner I Natt by the Oslo Gospel Choir. I don't speak nor understand a word of Norwegian, but the melody is just so beautiful and soothing like a lullaby that I just had to do a little digging. Thanks to Google, En Stjerne Skinner I Natt translates to A Star Shines Tonight. And with the annotations on the YouTube video, I am treated to this lovely Christmas song with beautiful lyrics that tell of the Hope that has come down on earth one night oh, so many years ago.
Oh yeah. I also have to thank my brother for tuning to Spotify(!) and inadvertently introducing this song and the awesome Oslo Gospel Choir. For maximum musical enjoyment, just hit the play button!
