sunday currently vol.40

reading: regina rising by wendy toliver. it's the second book from the once upon a time tv series tie-up that i bought, the first one being red's untold story which i finished earlier this year. just yesterday i finished the complete zero line chronicles of the endgame series by james frey. and before that, the dubplexity books 1 and 2 by amy k. nichols, now that you're here and while you were gone. i would just like to chronicle in here that i've been really very good in keeping my promise of not buying new books while i haven't finished the ones on my book pile (to keep) except during the big bad wolf sale last february, when i bought red's untold tale, and last march, when i bought regina rising. but after that i set out on reading each and every book i bought from booksale and so happy that i finished two before the books mentioned here.

writing: this. duh! and that fanfic. would you believe it?! and oh yeah just a little side note, i wrote and finished a fanfic last may. that was easier to write since it was only a one-shot. and now i'm stuck writing another one-shot and even if it's been weeks since i started it, i'm confident that i'll be able to publish it soon. but not that fanfic yet.

listening to: nothing.

thinking: about a lot of things that needed to be accomplished at work. man, it's been just a three measly months since i started there full time but it certainly felt like years.

smelling: nothing.

wishing: i could be at the beach. summer has come and gone and i haven't even sank my toes into the warm sand. but anyway, the rainy season has started in earnest and i also wish that it's raining tonight. had a great nap yesterday afternoon because i wrapped myself and my favourite fluffy pillow in a fluffy blanket like a burrito while the rain was gently falling. not really a fan of rain but this old girl can enjoy it from time to time.

wearing: glasses, sleep shirt because come on i always write this thing just before bedtime.

loving: the fresh scent that rain brings.

wanting: my brain to shut off on demand and let me sleep in peace.

needing: to relax.

feeling: like i want to sleep for a year.
