some things worth noting:

high school reunion that i actually enjoyed and had fun seeing the people i practically grew up with, considering i had a lackluster high school experience. i guess time does heal.

kindness of people. almost had another fainting spell earlier today. in arnis training, of all things. i had to lie down on the edge of a wall (not so high though) to recover and one of the older guys got me a piece of candy. he also accompanied me for a short way until i could board a trike. but there was no trike to be seen so i had to walk home the rest of the way. one of the girls checked up on me later on as well, which was very sweet.

belt. in arnis. of course i have to test for it. and it's on saturday already. what a shock. will still try for it, of course. otherwise i'll have to wait until the next promotion.
