this has got to be the longest saturday ever and i'm so loving it. notwithstanding the fact that i started my day early with the weekly arnis training, the rest of the day slogged by, oh, so, slowly. having a super late second breakfast of course resulted in a super late lunch (which happens almost everyday anyway). after which i stretched out on the couch and intentionally took a nap for an hour. i say intentionally since i wasn't raised to take afternoon naps as a kid, therefore, i never saw the need for one as an adult even on my days off. except for those times falling asleep in class or whatever talk or conference. those were of course unintentional.
after that nap i took lazing around to the next level by going up to my room and plopping on my bed. did not really sleep; in fact, just did a lot of daydreaming for the next two hours. it actually felt longer but when i finally got up for dinner i saw that only two hours have passed. whoa.
i originally planned to watch the marathon rerun of full house on hits after dinner but i decided against it and turned to page 4 and went online instead. so i've spent some hours already looking up most of the grey's anatomy season 5 characters, watching some of their vids on youtube and even checking some posts about them on tumblr. now isn't that productive or productive?!
what made this day extra special was that it rained in the morning and all through the afternoon. not really a fan of rain but sometimes it is just perfect for the mood i'm in. the weather tonight is cool again. perfection.
time indeed passeth ever so slowly when thou maketh it so.
hohoho.
tomorrow is another day and it will be spent outside.
